Meet Michael Simpson

Job Duties: Job Duties Development of new business relationships and maintaining and growing current business relationship.

Years of Experience: I have been in Banking for 28 years. Over the course of my career, I have been a Branch Manager, Commercial Lending Manager, Indirect Lending Manager and Private Banker. My current position is Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. I am an adjunct faculty member at East Tennessee State University teaching Credit Management for 20 plus years.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bluefield State College 1985, MBA East Tennessee State University 1987, Tennessee Commercial School of Lending at Vanderbilt 1990, Graduate Banking School of the South, Commercial Lending at LSU 1992

Volunteer Activities: Past President Downtown Kingsport Rotary Club, Past President Second Harvest Food Bank of North East Tennessee, Fundraising for the Healing Warrior initiative
