Fraudulent Communications Regarding Transactions

We are aware that some customers are receiving fraudulent calls or texts claiming to be from our fraud department regarding suspicious transactions. These calls may display the bank’s name and phone number in the caller ID. 

Please note that we never contact customers by phone or by text requesting information such as passwords, usernames, account numbers, or token numbers.

If you receive a suspicious phone call or text, hang up immediately and call us directly at 866.378.9500.
