Meet Pete Roller

Job Duties: Maintain and grow current customer relationships, build new relationships and bring new customers to the bank, grow loan and deposit portfolio, maintain branch standards and help to train employees for retention and growth.

Years of Experience: I have been in banking for around 21 years and have been lending money for 25 years. I have also been an adjunct teacher of Corporate Finance Class at Milligan University for the past 8 years.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, East Tennessee State University 1993, Master of Arts in Organizational Management, Tusculum University, 2006

Volunteer Activities: Past Treasurer for Family Promise of Johnson City, Past Member of Kiwanis of Bristol, Past Member and Past President of the Gray Business Association, Member of Networking Resource Group

Fun Fact About Me: I try to never pass up an opportunity to laugh at myself. I love to do things with my kids and my family. I like to golf, play basketball and I love college football.
