- Due to water damage caused by frozen pipes, the Roan Mountain branch lobby and drive-thru are closed for repairs until further notice. The branch ATM remains open and video teller services are still available to assist from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. As an option, Carter County Bank branches in Elizabethton, Mountain Community Bank in Sugar Mountain, and all Bank of Tennessee branches are available to serve you.
