Inclement Weather
During inclement weather, we want to make sure you’re safe and informed. We’ll let you know if our branches, Call Center or ITM Services close or change their hours by updating this page or the site-wide message at the top of each page.
- Carter County Bank branch in Roan Mountain is open during regular hours and ready to serve you.
- ITM services have been restored and are available.
- Carter County Bank branch at Broad Street in Elizabethton is open, however ITMs are out of service due to flood damage.

NORTH CAROLINA
- Mountain Community Bank branch in Banner Elk is open during regular hours and ready to serve you.
- ITM services are unavailable at this branch.
Holiday Closures
