Bank of Tennessee Welcomes Josh Fuller as Sullivan County President

Bank of Tennessee is excited to announce the appointment of Josh Fuller as the new President of Sullivan County. With an extensive commercial lending and community banking background, Josh brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team.

Josh has been a prominent figure in the finance industry, most recently serving as Manager of Commercial Lending at Eastman Credit Union, where he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of approximately $369 million and achieved impressive production goals. His track record of exceeding expectations and developing strong teams will be an invaluable asset to our bank and clients.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Josh has a proven commitment to professional development and community involvement. He has been recognized as a recipient of The Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty Award and Leadership Kingsport.  He has actively participated in various community organizations, including the United Way of Greater Kingsport and a longtime board member of Goodwill Industries.

Josh is ready to work closely with the Sullivan County community, aiming to foster growth and build enduring relationships that benefit individuals and businesses. To assist him in this mission, he is joined by the current Sullivan County team of bankers, David Wagner in Bristol, Wes Argabrite in Kingsport, and two new team members: Deborah Wilhelm, who brings her expertise as a Relationship Manager, focusing on creating and nurturing partnerships within the community, and Valerie Davis, a seasoned Business Banker, who will offer valuable financial insights and support to local businesses. Together, with a combined 60 years of banking experience, they are committed to making a positive impact in Sullivan County.
