115 Services: ACH Stop Payment Services Note: A Stop Payment cannot be processed on a debit card transaction. The ACH stop payment form will allow you to place a stop payment on a future ACH payment that has not yet posted to your account. Enter the appropriate data below. After you have filled in the necessary data, press the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to receive a verification that your request has been submitted. Please contact us at 866-378-9500 during normal business hours for assistance with ACH Stop Payment. ACH Stop Payment In the Services tab, click ACH Stop Payment. 1. Select the appropriate account using the drop-down. 2. Enter the merchant/company name. 3. Enter the amount. 4. Use the drop down to select “yes” or “no.” 5. If yes, enter a date.. 6. If yes, enter and amount. 7. Use the drop-down to select “single occurrence” or “all transactions.” 8. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
