109 Treasury Treasury: ACH Stop Payment Online Stop Payments allow you to place a stop payment on a future ACH payment that has not posted to the account. ACH Stop Payments entered after 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time), 4:00 PM CT (Central Time) will be processed the next business day. An Online ACH Stop Payment request is effective for 6 months after the date accepted and will automatically expire after that period unless renewed. A Stop Payment cannot be processed on a debit card transaction. Please visit your local branch or contact Customer Care for more information. A $30.00 Stop Payment fee will be charged to this account. In the Services tab, click ACH Stop Payment. 1. Use the drop-down to select an account. 2. Enter the merchant/company name. 3. Enter the amount. 4. Use the drop-down to select whether the merchant has previously debited/charged your account. If yes enter the approximate date and the approximate amount. 5. Use the drop-down to select whether you would like to stop a single occurence or all transactions from this merchant. 6.
