Select the account the funds will be taken from or posted to using the “Pay From/Pay To” drop-down. 8. Select the subsidiary using the “Company/Subsidiary” drop-down. 9. Select the effective date using the calendar feature. 10. Click either the Draft or Approve button when you are finished. Note: If your file contains any errors, the system cannot process the file and prompts you to correct it.
