Past due reminders will send an email reminder to your customer 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the unpaid invoice due date. 4. Use the toggle to enable late fees. These are one-time fees that are sent as a separate invoice. This late fee invoice will reference the original overdue invoice, so both you and your customer have this for record-keeping purposes. a. Use the toggles and enter the appropriate information to enable a grace period, percent of invoice fee and/or a flat fee. 5. Use the toggle to enable sales tax and enter a sales tax rate. 6.
