Customer Experience Channel Manager

Meet Amanda Love

Job Duties: Provides hands-on leadership and oversight for all Customer Experience channels including online banking, mobile banking and telephone banking, the company website, and the Customer Care and Interactive Teller Centers. Creates and delivers training for digital technologies and provides support as needed. Integrates product marketing and promotional campaigns through our public website and our online banking platform. Prepares, implements and monitors staff training and development plans.

Years of Experience: I’ve been with Bank of Tennessee since 2012, bringing over a decade and a half of customer service, technical support and issue resolution experience.

Family: I have the best husband ever, Justin. We have three teenagers, Allaster, Ryland & Berlin. We also have three dogs, Spartacus, Maxwell, Betsy Graham, and a ginger cat, Athena.

Volunteerism: I volunteer for many of the bank’s events in the community. We get to team up with amazing organizations like United Way and KaBoom, and do great things! You’ve probably seen me at Carter County Bank night at Joe O’Brien field painting faces during a Twins game or at our BOT tent at Fun Fest. I may have even shredded your documents at our Annual Shred Day! I like to pitch in where I can and I’m happy to meet our customers.

Fun Facts About Me: I love to design and build things. Justin and I create and craft custom industrial lighting, live edge furniture and lots in between.
