General Job Summary:

Provides service to customers regarding daily transactions, processes receipt and payment of cash, answers inquiries, and refers customers for appropriate services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide uncompromising service to customers
  • Process daily transactions for customers
  • Provide resolution to inquiries and concerns
  • Actively sell and cross-sell bank products
  • Act as spokesperson for new promotions and product introductions
  • Identify sales and retention opportunities based on the customer’s needs
  • Maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, and fees
  • Consistently adhere to Bank of Tennessee’s Balancing Standards policy
  • Consistently adhere to Bank of Tennessee’s Service Standards policy
  • Consistently display primary greeter traits
  • Continuously support branch promotions and scorecard goals

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Six months to 1 year previously customer service and cash handling experience preferred
