Phillip "Phil" Haumiller is Executive Vice President and Senior Operating Officer for Bank of Tennessee. Haumiller is directly responsible for all operations of the Bank. He is also responsible for the BT Services Operations which performs data processing services for more than twelve other financial institutions in noncompeting markets. In the early part of his career he worked in retail banking; however, before joining Bank of Tennessee in 2003, he worked for more than twenty years designing, supporting, and implementing software for banks in the United States and Europe.

Haumiller is a native of Illinois and is a graduate of Upper Iowa College in Fayette Iowa.

Phil Haumiller resides in Jonesborough with his wife.
